Mario's Berlin Half Marathon 2011

 


Hello Everyone,

I have decided to run my first Half Marathon in my home town Berlin on 03.04.2011 on behalf of 'Diabetes UK'. I have been a type 1 diabetic myself for the past seven years and would like to provide other people with the same help and support I have received. I know we are still in the middle of a recession, but any offers of sponsorship would be most welcome.

Sorry about the delayed update, but I am pleased to tell you all, that I have finished my first half marathon in 2:39:01h. I took a break from running over the summer, but have now returned to training. I am hoping to run my first marathon next spring. So watch this space. Thanks for all your support. Mario
