This incredible challenge will see me as one member of a team of six swimmers to take part in a relay race across the English Channel from Dover to Cap Gris Nex in France on one day between the 9th and 16th August 2010.
This is a tough challenge that has really got me motivated. The uncertainty of how I will deal with the cold water without the warmth of a wetsuit and the distances that I have never swam before make this a once in a lifetime experience for me and I can't wait.
