Losing weight is a big goal for a lot of people who feel too fat or overweight. Getting motivated to reach that goal though can be a very different matter. A good exercise routine is the next essential ingredient. Sign up for a gym and get yourself working out two or three times each week. You'll need a mix of cardiovascular and resistance training in your workout. The resistance training element is important as those types of exercises build lean muscle mass - the most efficient calorie burners in your body!
